Rule of Law and Accountability

Quito Tsui stands in front of Tuol Sleng Museum exhibit.

For nearly two decades, the Center has supported rule of law and accountability through independent trial monitoring efforts and judicial capacity building programs for jurists and attorneys working in international criminal tribunals as well as domestic courts. We have worked with and/or at the Supreme Court of the Philippines, the Special Court for Sierra Leone, the Special Panels for Serious Crimes in Timor-Leste, the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia, the International Criminal Tribunals for Former Yugoslavia and Rwanda, and the International Criminal Court.
