Brickelle Bro '19 is majoring in Political Science, and minoring in Human Rights. Brickelle's passion for disability rights runs deep, being a double amputee herself. While participating in the Paralympics Brickelle realized the extent of the disparity between countries in treatment of disabled people. This passion and realization has led Brickelle to take a course load focused around disability studies in the hope of pursuing a law degree and then a career working to ensure disability rights internationally. On campus Brickelle lives in the public service dorm, is involved with Power2Act, and worked this past summer as an intern with the legal team at DaVita.
